Asia is from Damascus, Syria where she and her family spent years in refugee camps. She spent her childhood helping her family with everyday work and her free time playing games and telling stories with friends. She moved to Lincoln, Nebraska with her family at age ten. Asia attended school at Doane University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business.

She learned to love medical billing and coding after working in private practice for many years. She loves what she currently does, but has many other passions including worldwide humanitarian relief and animal welfare. During her free time, Asia enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two dogs, Green Bay and Jordy.
